2. Processing & Shipping Timeframes

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 hours of placement during standard business hours.

  • Orders placed on weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once shipped, deliveries usually arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on your location in India. Remote or less accessible areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.


3. Shipping Method & Charges

  • All orders are shipped through our trusted courier partners.

  • Free shipping is applied on every order—no hidden charges.

  • We prioritize every shipment to ensure it reaches you as quickly as possible.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • You can use this tracking number to follow your order until it reaches your doorstep.


5. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.

  • Slipstream Co. will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

  • If a shipment is undeliverable and returned (RTO), we will contact you to arrange a suitable resolution.


6. Return to Origin (RTO) & Undelivered Orders

  • For prepaid orders returned as RTO, once the product is back with us (or confirmed lost), customers may choose between a reshipment or another alternative solution.

  • We aim to minimize disruptions, keeping your delivery as smooth as a perfectly executed pit stop.
